SKILLS CANADA WEEK
March 1-7, 2010
For the first time ever, the Toronto Catholic District School Board presents Skills Canada Week during the week of March 1-6, 2010. This week will feature over 30 competitions board wide for all our secondary school students. Winners of these competitions will represent the TCDSB at the Skills Ontario competitions on May 18, 2010, with the opportunity to advance to the Skills Canada National competitions later that same month.
Competitions vary from Photography and Team Carpentry to Prepared Speech and Culinary Arts (click here for a list of competitions). This is a great opportunity to expose your students to a challenging and rewarding experience that will bring them a lifetime of memories.
